B & G Club Staff Dinner

Hello Everyone,

 

On Tue. July 26^th at 6:15 pm the board is giving the B & G Club staff an (sort of) end of summer dinner. (eventhough they work into Aug). 

 

We want to invite all the board to come and meet the staff (if you have not already) and have dinner with them.

 

Charlie and Rick are cooking DEEELICIOUS chicken,  Anita is bringing  baked beans,  Rosemary and Bill are doing the dessert.  Jeremy is bringing  some drinks.  If you can and would like to help we need

 

Someone for the bread.

 

Someone for more drinks.

 

Someone for another vegetable or salad.

 

If you can think of anything else let me know.  We have the plates, glasses, napkins, etc.  We are expecting around 20.

Chili dinner and Pie Auction/ Meet the candidates Thur. Oct. 21 at 6:30

If at all possible could you have someone or a group from your business, school, church, etc. enter the Chili cook-off at the Boys and Girls Club this next Thursday the 21^st.  I am sending a flyer that sort of explains everything.       THERE IS A TRAVELING TROPHY FOR THE WINNER.  It would really look good at your place to show off for the next year.  Let’s have some competition between the banks, churches, school and organizations.  I know for sure the Rotary Club is entering!!!!!

 

All the candidates running for office locally have been contacted and there will be a dessert auction too.  Please come out and support the club and let’s have several pots of chili.

kids have shown exceptional character in aiding the staff at the club
